Maintenance Planner

What you will do

• Plan and schedule maintenance work for internal and contractor crews using EPICOR.
• Conduct job walks to develop accurate scopes of work, including labor and material estimates.
• Collaborate with Procurement and the Stockroom to manage inventory, submit requisitions, and expedite parts.
• Develop weekly maintenance schedules based on production input.
• Maintain and update equipment databases, Bill of Materials, and maintenance order statuses.
• Ensure all maintenance orders are closed out in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance craftsman experience in a production or industrial plant.
• Must be able to work on-site in Pineville, LA.
• Proven ability to plan jobs within a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical drive systems, production welding equipment, and forklifts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn and master Epicor Maintenance Planning and Scheduling software.
