Sr. BI Manager (Business Intelligence)

Salary: $132,100.20–$155,412.00 per year

What you will do

• Identify client reporting requirements and design best-fit business intelligence solutions across account service lines.
• Develop dashboards, proof-of-concept reports, analytical tools, and short-term reporting solutions.
• Transform data, automate workflows, perform data assessments and mapping, and support system integration projects.
• Lead account-level data and reporting governance, including business glossaries, data dictionaries, and process documentation.
• Partner with development teams on Triana dashboard proofs of concept, tabular model measures, and product enhancements.
• Monitor KPI performance, support QBR reporting, execute user acceptance testing, and troubleshoot Triana issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Power BI or another data visualization platform such as Tableau.
• Strong English communication, business writing, reporting, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Understanding of Agile development and experience documenting business processes through process maps and user manuals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work independently, and collaborate across global stakeholder groups.
• Attention to detail, curiosity, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach.

• Experience with Alteryx.
• Experience with Python.
