What you will do

• Define the analytics strategy, team structure, tools, methodologies, and project priorities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams building data sources, pipelines, analytical databases, predictive models, and analytics workflows.
• Establish best practices for data usage and analytics projects, including data transformation, integration, reporting, and governance.
• Translate business needs into technical plans, communicate analytical findings, and drive stakeholder adoption of data-driven solutions.
• Recruit, coach, develop, manage, and retain technical staff while building team capabilities.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities that enhance business processes, customer experience, and business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, or Statistics is preferred.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer, BI Analyst, or Data Scientist.
• Deep experience with SQL, R, or Python and modern BI tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of data profiling, statistical analysis, data modeling, data architecture, and infrastructure across on-premises and cloud platforms.
• Experience extracting, loading, and using data from data warehouses, transactional databases, object stores, and APIs.
• Proven ability to lead technical staff, manage projects, solve complex problems, and communicate with senior management and external stakeholders.
