Join a fast-growing PropTech company with a motivated 80-person team focused on digitalizing real estate processes. The role involves engaging potential customers and supporting sales through CRM and data management.

What you will do

• Initiate contact with potential customers and generate interest for further discussions
• Schedule and coordinate meetings based on customer needs
• Maintain follow-up conversations to strengthen customer relationships
• Conduct market and customer research and outreach via phone
• Manage and update customer data in CRM systems

Requirements

• Fluent German and English language skills in speaking and writing
• Completed commercial education or related studies (e.g., business, business informatics)
• Experience in customer acquisition and strong communication skills
• Structured, persistent, and multitasking capable
• Fast computer skills and ideally experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce
