TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Generating new business opportunities and appointments for the sales team through multi-channel outreach with an accent on cold calling and lead qualification. Focus on identifying potential customers, leveraging CRM tools, and coordinating with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth.

Location: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in Vienna, Austria office)

What you will do

  • Engage potential customers via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate appointments.
  • Educate prospects on the company's value proposition and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives across Europe to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate activity and account data using Salesforce and Outreach CRM.
  • Meet daily and weekly activity metrics to support regional growth.
  • Participate in ongoing training and share best practices with the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Language: Native or C1 German proficiency is required
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Vienna office
  • Strong desire to exceed targets in a fast-paced tech sales environment.
  • Aptitude for technology and an inquisitive mind regarding the cybersecurity industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Previous experience in SaaS sales.
