What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow hirify.global’ presence in Italy.
  • Engage and qualify prospects with the SDR team, ensuring smooth handovers and a strong pipeline.
  • Deliver tailored product demos and guide prospects through the decision process using a consultative sales approach.
  • Represent hirify.global at local events, fairs, studio visits, and industry gatherings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) and share insights on customer needs, market trends, and competition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality experience from first contact to handover, and proactively generate additional demo opportunities.

Requirements

  • Italian: Native
  • English: strong communication skills
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in SaaS or a digital product environment.
  • Proven track record of converting qualified opportunities into new business.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
  • Comfort working closely with SDRs and internal teams in a collaborative sales process.
