What you will do
- Proactively develop business and identify new opportunities for AutoStore solutions.
- Manage full sales projects from initial acquisition through to successful contract closure.
- Design and implement innovative sales projects, including design, simulation, and budgeting.
- Develop customized solutions that deliver significant value to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through continuous communication.
- Develop and manage a dynamic sales pipeline.
Requirements
- German: Native or bilingual proficiency required.
- English: Fluent proficiency required.
- Solid track record in sales within intralogistics, ideally with experience in automation.
- Confidence to manage the full sales cycle and lead complex projects.
- Background in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Flexibility to travel and stay overnight as needed for customer visits.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in languages from the Baltics or Eastern Europe.
