TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, or Switzerland) with flexibility for customer travel.

What you will do

  • Proactively develop business and identify new opportunities for AutoStore solutions.
  • Manage full sales projects from initial acquisition through to successful contract closure.
  • Design and implement innovative sales projects, including design, simulation, and budgeting.
  • Develop customized solutions that deliver significant value to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through continuous communication.
  • Develop and manage a dynamic sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • German: Native or bilingual proficiency required.
  • English: Fluent proficiency required.
  • Solid track record in sales within intralogistics, ideally with experience in automation.
  • Confidence to manage the full sales cycle and lead complex projects.
  • Background in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Flexibility to travel and stay overnight as needed for customer visits.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in languages from the Baltics or Eastern Europe.
