What you will do
- Support Sales teams with detailed research, analysis, and documentation of findings.
- Present cost-benefit reports and propose how products/services meet prospective customer needs.
- Deliver technical training to clients and communicate customer feedback for future product development.
- Run technical and business proof of concepts to demonstrate value and execute product demonstrations and presentations.
- Prepare and provide input into technical RFPs/RFQs and act as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing training; may coach and review other team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven sales track record of success and ability to identify opportunities using internal/external resources.
- Advanced knowledge of the applicable work area and ability to adapt to new technologies/processes as required by partners.
- Experience with business process or management applications.
- Experience with CPQ tools and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- German-speaking capability for client-facing work.
