What you will do

  • Support Sales teams with detailed research, analysis, and documentation of findings.
  • Present cost-benefit reports and propose how hirify.global products/services meet prospective customer needs.
  • Deliver technical training to clients and communicate customer feedback for future product development.
  • Run technical and business proof of concepts to demonstrate value and execute product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Prepare and provide input into technical RFPs/RFQs and act as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing training; may coach and review other team members.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven sales track record of success and ability to identify opportunities using internal/external resources.
  • Advanced knowledge of the applicable work area and ability to adapt to new technologies/processes as required by partners.
  • Experience with business process or management applications.
  • Experience with CPQ tools and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • German-speaking capability for client-facing work.
