What you will do

• Source and engage prequalified leads across the French sports and fitness market.
• Act as the first point of contact to spark curiosity and book product demos for Sales Executives.
• Continuously generate and qualify new leads based on current market developments.
• Maintain an organized CRM to support effective follow-ups and lead prioritization.
• Collaborate across Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth handovers and faster deal closures.
• Contribute to special projects, industry reports, and sports fairs.

Requirements

• Native French and fluent English (C1+) required.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Vienna, Austria.
• Deep passion for sports and a growth mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in pitching to potential customers.
• High energy and self-motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
