Compensation: $150,000 – $185,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, Product, and Design roles across various levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to build role scorecards and calibrate candidate quality.
• Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies and competitive talent analysis.
• Track pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Sell the company vision, product roadmap, and AI capabilities to prospective candidates.
• Maintain proactive and fast communication with hiring teams and candidates throughout the process.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven experience at a fast-growing, early-stage SaaS startup.
• Demonstrated success in building sourcing strategies from scratch and landing passive talent.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools like Ashby and Juicebox.
• Ability to use data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
• Curiosity about AI and ability to discuss product and market trends credibly.
