What you will do

• Design and develop instructional materials including eLearning courses, workshops, and blended learning solutions.
• Partner with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders to identify performance gaps and translate needs into learner-friendly content.
• Apply backwards design and outcome-based development principles to align learning goals and assessments.
• Measure program effectiveness using formative and summative assessments and Kirkpatrick's Levels of Evaluation.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously using authoring tools and AI functionality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing learning solutions in corporate, academic, or nonprofit settings.
• Demonstrated experience applying backwards design, outcome-based development, or similar instructional frameworks.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, multimedia design, and learning management platforms, including the use of AI.
• Ability to develop clear, measurable learning objectives aligned with organizational goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
