What you will do

• Design and develop diverse learning content including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and job aids.
• Transform existing briefs and slide decks into dynamic, engaging learning experiences that drive behavior change.
• Partner with subject matter experts across sales, product marketing, and revenue operations to validate content.
• Build interactive, visually compelling courses in Articulate Rise.
• Concept, script, and produce microvideos for focused, bite-sized learning.
• Apply instructional design frameworks like ADDIE or SAM to ensure measurable learning outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or related fields.
• Proven experience in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• Hands-on expertise building courses in Articulate Rise and the Articulate 360 suite.
• Experience concepting, scripting, and producing microvideos for learning.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify technical content.
• Experience building and managing content in a modern LMS platform.

Nice to have

• Experience with Thought Industries LMS.
• Background in supporting sales enablement functions.
• Familiarity with go-to-market motions.
