What you will do

• Design and develop end-to-end learning experiences to drive product adoption and customer outcomes.
• Establish instructional design standards, templates, and best practices for scalable and visually compelling content.
• Create onboarding programs, e-learning modules, certifications, and performance support resources for employees and customers.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to identify learning needs and gaps.
• Develop customer education programs that help users adopt best practices and achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Measure the effectiveness of learning programs through engagement, adoption, and business impact metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or curriculum development.
• Expertise in designing end-to-end learning programs and certifications for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, or Camtasia.
• Ability to transform complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable learning experiences.
• Experience supporting SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, or enterprise software products is highly desirable.
