What you will do

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions focused on substance abuse recovery.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Manage intake and readmission procedures, including patient orientation to program expectations.
• Coordinate patient care by making referrals and collaborating with community providers.
• Provide crisis intervention and support community outreach and public relations efforts.
• Ensure strict adherence to local, state, federal, and accreditation regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must hold a human services-related degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Valid counseling credentials per state regulations (CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, LPC, or LMSW).
• Ability to handle confidential matters with sound judgment and discretion.
• Capable of responding effectively in high-stress situations.
• Strong understanding of human behavior and the process of addiction recovery.
