What you will do

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and families.
• Manage a diverse caseload spanning from mild presentations to complex and severe mental health needs.

• Collaborate with the clinical consultations team for rapid support and attend specialty group consultation meetings.
• Maintain a private or group practice to facilitate preferred in-person client visits.

Requirements

• Full-time resident of the United States.
• Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent) allowing independent practice without supervision.
• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
• Must have office space with the ability to see clients in the Kansas area.
• Commitment to and experience with evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT.
• Experience managing clinical risks and responding to crises.
