Location: Fully remote, currently licensed in California required (open to licensing in other states with support), flexible schedule within operating hours (weekdays 8am–8pm, Saturdays) in the time zone where you provide care, at least 2 hours per week during peak times (e.g., 6–8pm PT and/or Saturday) from a private, secure location with strong internet.

Salary $85,000-$110,000/year (full-time)

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive ADHD and anxiety assessments and intake evaluations for new patients and families
• Provide personalized treatment recommendations including referrals to community providers
• Lead group therapy sessions for caregivers of children with ADHD, anxiety, and co-occurring conditions like ASD
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for integrated care delivery
• Contribute to program development, evaluation, and research initiatives based on interests

Requirements

• Licensed mental health professional (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW) with master’s degree
• Currently licensed in California
• Experience in integrated care settings using evidence-based approaches for pediatric ADHD and anxiety
• Tech-savvy, quick learner for virtual care
• Collaborative, interested in building systems and initiatives
• Full-time 40 hours/week with flexible scheduling
