What you will do

• Lead full-funnel paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and Pinterest.
• Own budget allocation, scaling criteria, and efficiency guardrails for a significant media portfolio.
• Develop a high-velocity, platform-native creative testing engine to optimize campaign performance.
• Partner with Marketing Science and Finance to evolve measurement across attribution, incrementality, and MMM.
• Translate complex media performance data into executive-ready narratives for senior leadership.
• Coach and develop a team of digital marketing managers and platform channel leads.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in paid social, performance marketing, or digital media.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Deep fluency in paid social and video platforms with a track record of scaling full-funnel programs.
• Experience managing significant media budgets tied to revenue, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce, retail, or subscription growth strategies.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling paid social within large retail or consumer brand environments.
• Expertise in signal strategy, including pixel/CAPI and privacy-safe measurement.
• Experience with creator-led paid media and influencer-to-paid social workflows.
