Associate Director, Integrated Investment

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $105,000–$135,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Plan, execute, steward, and optimize integrated linear and digital media plans.
• Manage client relationships, project priorities, deliverables, and communication with internal and external partners.
• Negotiate traditional and digital media opportunities, review partner responses, and provide final sign-off on RFPs.
• Lead collaboration across Business Solutions, Operations, Analytics, Social Marketplace, Programmatic, and Investment teams.
• Develop data-based reporting, optimization strategies, measurement plans, and learning agendas.
• Manage, coach, and develop junior team members through goal setting, performance reviews, training, and delegation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in traditional video buying and/or digital buying.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate and sell through ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Leadership and supervisory experience developing media professionals.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, analytics, planning, buying, and activation.
• Expertise in negotiating and constructing video media plans.
• Strong cross-department relationship-building, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
