Paid Social Team Lead (Facebook/TikTok)

Location: Denver, Colorado; hybrid position

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage daily paid social campaigns, including launches, budgets, bids, tracking, reporting, and optimization.
• Identify paid social opportunities and execute strategies aligned with client marketing goals.
• Analyze campaign performance, provide reports, and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Guide creative decisions based on campaign results and monitor ongoing client campaigns.
• Assign work to traffickers or junior campaign managers and coach them on campaign management and client objectives.
• Track updates in Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Business Manager while ensuring deliverables meet service-level agreements.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant, diverse media experience with strong knowledge of online media and advertising.
• Experience with paid social, paid search, ad-serving systems, programmatic buying, media integration, and offline or real-time marketing campaigns.
• Experience optimizing or reporting on paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, analytical and data interpretation skills, and above-average math skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and contribute as a team player.
• Facebook Blueprint Media Buying Professional Certification required by the third month of employment.
