Buyer, Paid Social Media

Location: New York, New York; proximity to the NYC office required. Hybrid work with both onsite and work-from-home arrangements.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and report on paid social media campaigns for client brands.
• Manage campaigns across Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
• Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, segment audiences, and evaluate creative performance.
• Manage and allocate campaign budgets to support performance and financial goals.
• Prepare and present performance reports, translating data into actionable client insights.
• Coordinate with media planning, buying, and agency partner teams, and train team members on paid social tactics.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of advertising agency or media agency experience, preferably in media planning and buying.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok, Pinterest, X Ads, and related paid social tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for working with teams and clients.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects.
• Must be located near the NYC office for the hybrid work arrangement.
