What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team responsible for global benefits operations across existing geographies.
• Own day-to-day benefits administration excellence, including transaction processing, financial reconciliations, and accuracy of payroll deductions.
• Manage outsourced benefits administration vendors, including performance management and escalation.
• Lead annual enrollment and cross-functional efforts, including system updates, testing, timeline management, and communications review.
• Ensure seamless data integration across benefits systems, HRIS, and payroll; develop playbooks, standards, and quality checks.
• Drive benefits operations for M&A integrations and country expansions; operationalize the benefits data warehouse with dashboards and reporting.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in global benefits operations, including US healthcare and 401(k) administration and non-US benefits.
• Proven experience leading teams through vendor transitions, plan design changes, and complex multi-stakeholder implementations (including integrating new solutions into or carving out of US medical plans).
• Experience building trust and collaboration across cross-functional partners (HRIS, payroll, tax, shared services, communications).
• Experience managing outsourced benefits administration vendors, including performance management and escalation.
• Expertise in process improvement, automation, or AI-enabled efficiency work within benefits operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate operational complexity into clear guidance for non-specialist audiences.
