What you will do

• Design curricula and learning programs for clinical populations and operators using observable performance objectives.
• Create modular e-learning, video, job aids, facilitator guides, and other reusable learning assets.
• Own the learning asset library, including taxonomy, versioning, and retirement decisions.
• Define learning requirements for virtual practice environments and validate implementations with Engineering.
• Design rubrics, checklists, observation tools, and other assessments that support consistent evaluation.
• Maintain training systems and auditable records, evaluate changes in practice using assessment and quality data, and improve or retire learning assets.

Requirements

• 6+ years of instructional or learning design experience with ownership of design decisions and a portfolio of built products.
• 4+ years applying adult learning and competency-based design principles.
• 4+ years authoring e-learning, video, and written materials with current industry tools.
• 3+ years designing assessments, rubrics, and observation instruments, plus experience working with subject-matter experts.
• 2+ years writing requirements for technical teams and working with learning platforms, content packaging, delivery, and tracking.
• Practical, curious, and comfortable prototyping quickly and building maintainable learning products.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or another regulated environment.
• Experience designing simulation or scenario-based learning and debriefs.
• Experience designing for localization and accessibility in digital learning.
• Qualification in instructional design, learning technology, or education.
