Learning Designer (AI and Data)

Location: Remote in Latin America; working hours must be compatible with the EST time zone

What you will do

• Develop slides, instructor guides, workbooks, assignments, and capstone project guidelines for live online data and AI training.
• Customize curricula, examples, and case studies to meet client needs.
• Design interactive exercises and activities that promote hands-on learning for adult learners.
• Review subject-matter-expert content and iterate lessons using instructor and learner feedback.
• Analyze program data, monitor performance, and develop KPIs to measure efficiency and impact.
• Define timelines, manage resources, standardize workflows, and deliver high-quality programs within deadlines and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Design, Business, or a related field.
• Experience designing courses for adult learners and corporate training focused on data and AI.
• Knowledge of strategies that engage learners and support achievement of learning goals.
• Excellent written communication, copy editing, proofreading, project management, and attention to detail.
• Experience developing scalable operational frameworks and processes.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum/Agile, or ITIL.
