What you will do

• Manage the complete marketing automation and lifecycle approach for the Michigan iLottery program.
• Build and optimize automated workflows across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Configure complex triggers and segmentation logic to create personalized customer journeys.
• Leverage predictive modeling and advanced personalization features to improve engagement.
• Execute A/B and multivariate tests to continuously optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor key metrics and translate data into actionable growth insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or CRM operations.
• Hands-on experience with Bloomreach Engagement or a similar platform.
• Proficiency with Jinja or similar templating logic for dynamic personalization.
• Experience owning and reporting on lifecycle/CRM performance metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
