Salary: $112,710 - $169,060

• Understand and prioritize customer pain points related to safety and automation for machines and jobsites.
• Execute a multi-generational development plan to solve high-priority business needs using existing platforms and new innovations.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to drive leverageable solution sets that meet functionality and quality expectations.
• Lead development programs and Annual Product Updates to deliver industry-leading safety and automation features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Business Management, Construction Management, or equivalent professional expertise.
• Deep product knowledge of construction machines and their practical application on jobsites.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within project budgets.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering high-value projects to market.
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week.
• US work authorization required (Visa sponsorship is not available).
