What you will do

• Source and generate new business opportunities through the partner channel in line with company strategy.
• Recruit and manage key industry partners, including System Integrators and technology partners in the local market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the Shopify agency ecosystem.
• Collaborate with New Business and Customer Success teams to close opportunities and generate upsells for existing customers.
• Develop and execute the partner strategy in alignment with the Global Head of Partnerships.
• Organize and deliver local partner events and 1:1 product trainings to improve adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in partner management, customer success, or business development.
• Proven track record of closing partnerships and generating business within the ecommerce industry.
• Knowledge and experience working within the Shopify ecosystem.
• Fluent English and French.
• Willingness to travel across the region and attend industry social events on a regular basis.
