Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (at least 25% office presence required)

Annual Salary: $240,000 - $295,000 USD

What you will do

• Own full lifecycle recruiting for the Infrastructure organization from intake to offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate ambiguous needs into scoped requirements and search strategies.
• Build and maintain pipelines of specialized passive infrastructure talent.
• Refine infrastructure interview loops, take-home assignments, and scorecards.
• Advise hiring managers using market data and candid calibration feedback.
• Collaborate with Compensation and People Partners to structure equitable offers.

Requirements

• Deep full lifecycle recruiting experience supporting infrastructure, platform, or similar technical engineering organizations.
• Ability to conduct substantive technical conversations about Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud networking.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and modern sourcing tools.
• Experience designing interview loops and calibrating bars with hiring managers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be able to comply with the hybrid policy (minimum 25% office presence in San Francisco).

• Experience recruiting at high-growth AI or machine learning companies.
• Knowledge of hyperscale cluster, research, or privacy infrastructure talent landscapes.
• Comfort using LLMs to accelerate sourcing, research, and market mapping.
