What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Marketing, Sales, Strategy, G&A, and Customer Experience roles.
• Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build high-quality top-of-funnel pipelines.
• Implement AI-powered recruiting workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Partner with executive leaders to shape role scoping, data-driven decision-making, and hiring strategy.
• Manage the full offer and negotiation process to successfully close candidates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Proven track record of building AI-powered recruiting workflows for sourcing and pipeline management.
• Ability to operate effectively in an in-person environment in NYC.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for high-touch candidate engagement.
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions with sharp attention to detail.
