What you will do

• Lead multi-disciplinary planning projects, including transportation, hazard mitigation, and community-based initiatives.
• Coordinate project schedules, scopes, budgets, and staff assignments to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate public engagement through open houses, stakeholder meetings, and workshops.
• Develop and manage planning documents, reports, and policies for public agencies and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies.
• Utilize GIS and mapping tools to analyze and present planning data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in planning land services or infrastructure consulting.
• AICP certification.
• Strong background in stakeholder engagement and project coordination.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Mentor, OH.
