What you will do

• Define and own a multi-year Digital & Technology Roadmap for the Clinical Development organization within R&D.
• Translate complex scientific needs into prioritized technical requirements and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of externally developed digital systems and SaaS platforms.
• Advise on and implement AI, ML, and GenAI solutions to optimize development processes and enable digital transformation.
• Manage data governance, interoperability standards, and strict compliance for third-party platforms.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing GRDTS team while managing the technology portfolio budget to maximize ROI.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 12+ years of professional experience in data, digital, or IT within the Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Device industries.
• 7+ years of senior leadership experience directing multi-skilled teams.
• Strong expertise in ML, AI, and GenAI methods applied to Clinical Development functions.
• Deep knowledge of 21CFR Part 11 compliance, GxP computer systems validation (CSV), and ICH guidelines.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban project management disciplines.
