What you will do

• Lead and coach Solution Delivery Leads and techno-functional analysts to ensure delivery accountability.
• Define product vision, roadmap priorities, and backlog management for patient engagement platforms.
• Drive business process assessments and workflow optimization to improve commercial operations.
• Establish and mature SAFe delivery practices, governance standards, and continuous improvement disciplines.
• Align business stakeholders, digital strategy teams, and external vendors to achieve strategic objectives.
• Govern product management best practices and coordinate platform architecture decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive IT leadership and digital product management experience.
• Demonstrated experience within Life Sciences, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Proven experience implementing and scaling SAFe methodologies.
• Expertise with Salesforce Health Cloud, CRM ecosystems, and healthcare technology solutions.
• Strong leadership experience in managing multi-disciplinary product and delivery teams.
