What you will do
- Manage the adoption, planning, and execution of the Goals, Performance, and Success (GPS) platform across faculties.
- Design and deliver training, workshops, and tools to build a high-quality performance enablement culture.
- Advise leaders and HR partners on performance practices, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.
- Implement practical change and engagement strategies for Central HR initiatives.
- Lead the Change Management Community of Practice to develop organizational capability.
- Analyze program and operational data to inform the continuous improvement of HR practices.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- 5-7 years of related experience in HR or organizational development.
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in change management principles and methodologies.
- Must be based in or be able to work on-site at the Vancouver Campus.
Nice to have
- Certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., Prosci).
- Experience leading performance initiatives within the public sector.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, specifically those with robust performance modules.
- Experience facilitating dialogic processes such as Open Space, Appreciative Inquiry, or World Café.
