Location: Must be based in Vancouver, BC with a strong in-office presence (Tues-Thurs).

What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, and workforce planning.
• Lead talent and performance initiatives, including calibration, development, and succession planning.
• Manage core people processes such as performance management and year-end compensation reviews.
• Handle complex employee relations and sensitive matters in partnership with Legal and People Ops.
• Drive change management efforts and support local Canadian benefits administration.
• Collaborate with People COEs to deliver cohesive, high-quality people programs locally.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR/People Business Partner experience, ideally in tech or high-growth organizations.
• Proven track record as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders.
• Strong experience in performance management, talent development, compensation, and employee relations.
• Proficiency with tools such as Workday, Jira, Monday.com, and CultureAmp.
• Ability to influence without authority and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Must be based in Vancouver and able to work from the office Tuesday through Thursday.
