Salary: $126,400–$213,600 USD (US residents only)

What you will do

• Lead sensitive workplace investigations from intake through resolution, including interviewing and reporting.
• Coach and advise leaders on complex employee relations matters and performance management.
• Partner with Legal and People Business Partners to align on approaches for sensitive cases.
• Analyze case trends to provide actionable insights for scalable programs and risk-reduction strategies.
• Shape and revise company policies to ensure consistency and alignment with values as the organization scales.
• Lead organization-wide initiatives to prevent workplace concerns and improve the team member experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada
• Progressive experience in employee relations, specifically leading complex, multi-party investigations.
• Working knowledge of US employment law (FMLA, ADA, Title VII, EEOC).
• Experience working in a distributed or global organization across different regulatory contexts.
• Strong ability to influence change without direct authority and build support with senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating defensible investigation reports.

Nice to have

• SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent HR certification.
• Experience with employment regulations outside of the United States.
