Salary: $100,000–$130,000

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end HR services from onboarding to offboarding, including policy, compliance, and payroll management.
• Partner with global People team centers of excellence to implement talent, learning, and development initiatives.
• Manage complex employee relations cases and lead organizational changes such as restructures or mergers.
• Coach leaders on change management, engagement, and culture-building strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure people plans align with financial objectives and headcount reporting.
• Utilize data and HR technology to identify trends and promote operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario and able to work 4 days per week in the office.
• Proven experience in HR business partnering and delivering end-to-end HR services.
• Strong background in payroll management and transitioning service providers.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle complex, ambiguous situations.
• Proficiency in conflict management, negotiation, and influencing stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with experience in HR technology and data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience working within the music, tech, or media industries.
• Proficiency with cloud-based HR systems, specifically Workday.
