ServiceNow Systems Administrator

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global office in Jacksonville, Florida. Other listed locations include Alpharetta, Georgia; Birmingham, Alabama; Chicago and Downers Grove, Illinois; and Richardson, Texas.

What you will do

• Administer, configure, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow enterprise service management platform.
• Gather service data and manage service reporting tools, service catalogs, and related reports.
• Analyze and correct technical problems, deficiencies, and performance issues in service management software.
• Translate business, stakeholder, and end-user requirements into platform enhancements and prioritize improvements based on scope, timing, and cost-benefit considerations.
• Define upgrade parameters and develop and implement test plans for enhancements and integrations.
• Assist with end-user training on service management software, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum six months of ServiceNow administration experience.
• ServiceNow administrator certification or active progress toward certification within the next 90 days.
• College-level education in Information Technology, Programming, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent related work experience.
• Ability to work onsite at the hirify.global office.
