IOC Specialist

Location: Onsite in Mason, Ohio, USA

Salary: $22–$24 per hour

What you will do

• Monitor customer and internal infrastructure in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Analyze and verify monitoring alerts and identify, classify, and prioritize incidents.
• Create, improve, and maintain monitoring alerts by correlating data from multiple sources.
• Operate and maintain Windows desktop, Windows Server, and Linux systems.
• Operate and maintain network devices and IT services, including switches, routers, firewalls, IDS/IPS, Active Directory, file systems, antivirus, and backups.
• Respond to security incidents and investigations with customers and IT providers while following SLA requirements and ITSM processes.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills are required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or monitoring operations environment.
• Good understanding of network fundamentals and common internet protocols.
• ITSM foundation training is required.
• Strong investigative, analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
