ServiceNow System Administrator

What you will do

• Manage ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to support business needs.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot platform issues, and resolve incidents.
• Monitor system performance, manage upgrades, and maintain user access.
• Build custom dashboards and reports to identify trends and support service improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript, and ServiceNow customization.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and 2+ years of End User Computing application administration experience are preferred.
• All positions are on-site in the United States.
