What you will do

• Gather and document requirements for Air Force HR systems throughout the full lifecycle.
• Serve as a liaison between government stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Collaborate with Oracle developers to ensure code meets functional requirements.
• Document business cases, track ROI, and manage risks for leadership.
• Coordinate enhancements and configuration items with the configuration management team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Must be able to pass a US Government background check.
• Strong experience with Oracle HR systems and ability to run Oracle SQL queries.
• Deep familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian toolset, including Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working with Air Force or similar government clients.
