Sr. Technical Program Manager

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs, including scoping, planning, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with business, product, UX, and software engineering teams to align priorities, shape the technology roadmap, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Coordinate system integrations and support reliable, well-documented data flows across the technology stack.
• Map and improve business processes, create process documentation and standards, and identify workflow gaps.
• Develop change management plans for system deployments, including communications, training coordination, and adoption tracking.
• Maintain PMO standards, facilitate governance forums, track action items, and prepare executive-ready reporting.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of program or project management experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, or technology implementation.
• Experience managing full-cycle implementations from requirements through hypercare.
• Working knowledge of system integration patterns, API-based connectivity, and middleware concepts.
• Ability to produce process maps, SOPs, RACI matrices, and workflow documentation suitable for training and audit.
• Experience with structured change management and technology rollouts, plus proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or complex hardware environments.
• Familiarity with DV/PV/SOP milestone structures, BOM management, or shop-floor operations.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
