Technical Program & Project Management Specialist (SAP)

Location: Hybrid position with 4 days per week onsite

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, rollout, support enhancement, S/4HANA migration, module deployment, and integration projects.
• Support governance for large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs, including status reporting, steering committee updates, CRAID/RAID logs, risk registers, and change control.
• Own JIRA boards, epics, features, user stories, workflows, dashboards, custom fields, reporting, and backlog management.
• Coordinate PI planning, iteration reviews, retrospectives, release activities, testing cycles, training, cutover, and data readiness.
• Manage integration points between ERP modules and legacy or third-party systems while resolving dependencies, blockers, and impediments.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management practices, JIRA standards, reporting templates, and transition to steady-state operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years managing SAP projects and 3 years in program management.
• Expert-level daily experience with JIRA, including board configuration, workflow automation, JQL, dashboards, and Confluence integration.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, prioritization, and concurrent project management skills.
• Experience with SAP ERP, project management, release management, and Agile software development.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, SAP Activate, or relevant SAP certification.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, JIRA Align, JIRA Service Management, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
• Automotive or manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience leading matrixed teams in fast-paced enterprise environments.
