Location: New York, NY HQ, USA; remote-first flexibility is available from anywhere in the US. The team currently works in a hybrid model with one day per week in the office, unless based outside NYC or London. UK-based candidates must work 12 PM–8 PM at least three days per week. Domestic and international travel may be required.
Salary: US pay range $88,277–$103,222 per year; UK pay range £49,598–£60,040 per year.

What you will do
- Manage the full delivery lifecycle for multiple concurrent MarTech initiatives, from scope definition and roadmap planning through launch and post-delivery review.
- Serve as Scrum Master by facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching teams, and removing delivery blockers.
- Prepare status reporting on scope, milestones, risks, and budgets while aligning technical and business stakeholders.
- Track budgets, validate vendor invoices, support cost estimation, and contribute to annual budget planning.
- Coordinate requirements definition, process documentation, testing activities, risk registers, and mitigation plans.
- Partner with Product Managers to shape product and project roadmaps for the MarTech portfolio.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in IT project or program management, ideally involving e-commerce systems, donation platforms, website CMS, or Marketing Technology.
- Demonstrated success delivering multiple concurrent projects on time and within budget.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and independent-working skills.
- Ability to work in a distributed, fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Fundraise Up, Springboard, Drupal, Salesforce, Pardot, or Databricks.
- Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising, digital marketing, supporter engagement, payment processing, or international development.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and project budgets.
- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies.
- PMP, CSM, CSPO, or SAFe certification; proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
