What you will do

• Manage patient and internal billing inquiries, including resolving denials and verifying insurance coverage.
• Handle claims end-to-end to ensure a seamless payment experience for patients and providers.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline operations and develop/maintain SOPs.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Payer, and Product teams to resolve complex billing cases.
• Test and provide feedback on AI-powered billing tools to shape the evolution of RCM technology.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an operations role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Professional, empathetic communication skills for patient interaction and de-escalation.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Comfortable with technology and eager to utilize AI for process optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience with revenue cycle management (RCM), medical billing, or healthcare.
• Medical coding background (CPC/CCS credentialed).
