What you will do

• Process medical ROI requests efficiently using hirify.global software applications.
• Support the resolution of HIPAA-related release issues to ensure full compliance.
• Organize records and documents to complete the release of information process.
• Read and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations.
• Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person depending on location.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of medical record experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of clerical or office work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations regarding Protected Health Information (preferred).
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• RHIT certification.
• Experience working specifically in a healthcare setting.
