What you will do

• Analyze defaulted Home Equity Investments to develop strategic recovery and loss mitigation plans.
• Manage professional relationships with customers, investors, attorneys, and subservicers.
• Oversee subservicers and foreclosure firms through audits and call monitoring to ensure compliance.
• Ensure strict adherence to mortgage servicing regulatory standards and maintain rigorous documentation.
• Train and coach team members on new policies, procedures, and technical skills.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the proprietary servicing system and workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Mortgage, HELOC, or Home Equity Investment (HEI) servicing, specifically in default management.
• Deep technical knowledge of foreclosure navigation and the ability to interpret title reports.
• Proven experience in subservicer oversight and compliance auditing.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data to build effective loss mitigation plans.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) required.
• Must reside in one of Point’s states of operation in the US.
