What you will do

• Audit benefit analyses, plan documents, and system setups to ensure accuracy prior to plan launch.
• Research conversion plan documents to identify issues and mitigate risks related to product limitations.
• Collaborate with prospective clients to align plan design features with product capabilities.
• Draft and review benefit analyses before sales activation discussions.
• Research and resolve a high volume of compliance issues presented by internal sales and onboarding teams.
• Work closely with Sales Activation Specialists to ensure seamless and compliant plan launches.

Requirements

• 10+ years of 401(k) experience, with a strong focus on compliance.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.
• Self-starter mindset with a passion for process improvement and learning new systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
