Salary: $100,700 - $141,750 per year

What you will do

• Analyze defaulted Home Equity Investments to develop effective loss mitigation and recovery strategies.
• Manage relationships and communication with customers, investors, attorneys, and subservicers.
• Oversee subservicers and foreclosure firms through audits and call monitoring to ensure compliance.
• Train and coach team members on new servicing processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve proprietary servicing systems and workflows.
• Maintain rigorous documentation to ensure adherence to mortgage servicing regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in one of the specified US states of operation.
• 5+ years of experience in Mortgage, HELOC, or Home Equity Investment (HEI) servicing.
• Deep technical expertise in foreclosure navigation and interpreting title reports.
• Proven experience in default management, loss mitigation, and subservicer oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) required.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and develop recovery plans.
