What you will do

• Manage the full closing process for home equity investment transactions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the closing lifecycle.
• Coordinate with escrow and title agents to prepare final Closing Disclosures.
• Review executed documents for completeness and manage funding responsibilities including wire setups.
• Collaborate with internal production teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely disbursements.
• Provide coverage for team members and support the Closing Manager as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of operations experience in Financial Services, Real Estate, or Mortgage.
• Must be available to work 8am - 5pm PST.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex closing scenarios.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage regulatory requirements and compliance standards (TRID, TILA, RESPA, REG Z).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
