What you will do

• Provide second-line oversight for designated front-line business areas.
• Serve as the Archer GRC system subject matter expert for module customization and stakeholder support.
• Assist business partners in creating and maintaining change management processes within the GRC platform.
• Perform user access reviews and enhance reporting functions for second-line business partners.
• Coordinate deployment release schedules with IT resources and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement of risk management programs and departmental procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Risk Management or Internal Audit, preferably in banking.
• Proficiency with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate independently in a matrixed corporate environment.
