Salary: $106,250 - $125,000

What you will do

• Develop and maintain account performance management programs aligned with client and corporate goals.
• Manage KPI and SLA reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and governance processes.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive-level reporting.
• Oversee account governance, compliance, risk management, and contract adherence.
• Design and maintain the account SharePoint environment and operational playbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in operations, account management, or continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting large, complex client accounts and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced expertise in SharePoint administration and content management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work onsite in Creve Coeur, Missouri, USA.

• Lean Six Sigma certification or practical experience.
